The Propalt March Lettings report 2023 is out. You can download it and find out whats happening in the UK lettings market. The key findings for this month

- Lettings down again by 6% 

The number of rentals coming to market shrinks again as landlords continue to leave the market. 

- Landlord numbers shrink for the 4th straight Month

1100 Landlords sold up and exited in March, Property number in total dwindled by 87,653

- London remains top of the tree for available lettings and investors
